Oracle Land and Home's Broker is Helen Vinson. Helen moved to Oracle, Arizona in 1987 after graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in Business Education. It only took one trip to Oracle for Helen to know that Oracle was where she wanted to raise her family. The rolling hills spotted with oaks and boulders was beautiful, the summer heat just wasn't here, and the small town atmosphere with Tucson just a stones throw away was everything she could ask for. Upon settling in Oracle, Helen obtained her real estate license and began a career in real estate sales that has evolved into Oracle Land & Homes. Bonnie Bushey is a native of Mammoth and has been in real estate in the area since 1984.  While very familiar with all of Oracle, Mammoth and San Manuel, Bonnie has specialized in the larger rural properties along the San Pedro River. She enjoys taking her clients into the more remote areas of this area, even if it involves some adventurous 4 Wheeling! Bonnie's motto is "I'm here to answer all of your real estate questions. Teresa (Teri) Peraza has been a licensed agent for nine years and started working for Oracle Land and Homes in 2004. She is originally from Douglas, Arizona and moved to San Manuel over 30 years ago. She has lived the last 5 years in Catalina and her familiarity with Northwest and Central Tucson is a great asset to buyers seeking to relocate to the Tucson area.
